SEPT 27 -- Fifteen years ago there was celebration in the Board rooms of Detroit because a coalition led by Ford had defeated measures that would have held manufacturers criminally liable. They're getting prepared to celebrate again unless the people of this country tell their elected representatives, "If you don't pass laws that hold manufacturers accountable for criminal behavior, don't count on my vote in November!"
