I own a vehicle equipped with a form of the tires referenced above. I am aware of the pending recall of these tires and the recent media reports of actual accidents involving deaths and serious injuries associated with failures of these tires.

I want my tires replaced immediately. This is a serious problem and I want to ensure that my family is not unreasonably exposed to death or serious injury by these tires. Please immediately advise me where I can have these tires replaced free of charge.
